I had called other services and was immediately turned off by the fact that even before they gave me an estimate I was asked to give them unnecessary personal information. No, thanks. To me that's the definition of shady business practices. My experience with RCJ was a positive one from the very beginning and direct to the point, no time wasting. I sent the necessary info (square footage, # of rooms, etc), they sent me an estimate right away and confirmed availability for the day after, when I needed the service and at the perfect time frame too. As easy as that, the way it should be. The ladies that cleaned my home were great. They did a fantastic job, were very professional and very personable too. A 5-star experience from beginning to end. I'll be a repeat customer. Thank you!

I have had several people clean my house and previous apartment and I immediately rebooked with RCJ.
We communicated over text which is my preference. They allowed me to ask questions regarding booking and pricing ranges which I found very helpful in sorting through inquiries.
The cleaning staff was incredibly nice and professional. I was at home working with my two dogs and they asked me where I wanted them to start. They started in my room (the furthest away from where I was working) and cleaned practically the whole house before I voluntarily relocated to my room so they could finish undisturbed.
I've had a couple of "deep cleanings" before and never had my baseboards cleaned. They did a great job and I'll continue using them in the future. Thank you!

We have been using RCJ Cleaning for a year now and we could not be happier. I've had several individuals clean our home over the years. RCJ's team is by far the best we've had.
The communication is amazing! Questions are always addressed quickly by Ruben and/or Eva. We get a text when our cleaning team is on their way, although it's not necessary. Olga and Julio are ALWAYS on time. Never once have they been late or cancelled (a problem we had with other cleaners).
I work from home, so I appreciate the fact that they get in and get out quickly. They are quick but thorough in their cleaning. I also like the fact that we always have the same two individuals. I feel comfortable knowing exactly who is coming into my home. Olga and Julio are sweet, hard working people. We appreciate them more than they will ever know.

When I was looking for a cleaning company, the first thing that drew me to this one was the owner's reasonable and fair replies to customers' reviews. It showed integrity and character. These are also qualities that usually translate down to employees. Pricing also seemed fair. I thus decided to give them a shot.
The two ladies who came were very professional, mature, and polite. I worked on things at home while they cleaned, and they never stopped moving. As promised, they wiped down baseboards and even door trims. They made the bed better than I ever could, and the bathtubs were nice & bright again after they were done. When I asked if they could focus on a certain area, they did so without a complaint.
RCJ, please keep up the great work! You are much appreciated, and I'll be calling again in future! :)

We were looking for a company to clean our house after moving out last week. I looked over reviews and this company stood heads above others. I reached out for quotes from several companies and this company was first in responding to me within minutes. Not only responsive, but always available for any questions as we decided who to use. On cleaning day we were blown away once again by their communicating when they would be there, updates on the cleaning and quickly answering us if we had questions. But the true blessing in using this company was the excellent cleaning the sweet ladies left behind. They made a 28 year old house look shiny and sparkling for the new family moving in. These women worked so hard and we are so appreciative. I would recommend this company for all of your cleaning needs. Their attention to detail was second to none!

Process Detail: I reached out with RCJ on Yelp, they responded swiftly with several questions to inquire about the clean service detail as well as to estimate, and soon they replied with a quote which is a really fair price as well as confirmation of service time. Then, they kept me posted before, during and after the clean service, providing a consistent update on progress. After inspection, I have to appreciate that they did such a great job that they cleaned every corner thoroughly which might be ignored. Really appreciate their professionality and responsiveness, especially thanks to the clean professional Hilda who cleaned my apartment, I'll hire them for my next clean job definitely.

We are so happy we found this home cleaning company! They do a fantastic job cleaning our home every other week. We've used them going on 5 or 6 months now and they have been consistently good. And let me tell you we have struggled finding someone to clean our house that does a good job and at a decent price. Also Ruben the main person who does the scheduling and who you communicate to is amazing! He's super responsive, very nice, and accommodating, like a total dream to work with. This guys knows customer service. The cleaners that come to my home are the same 2 that always come and they do a great job cleaning everything, very attentive to detail. I'm also very aware of how they clean since I used to clean the house myself so I notice when something isn't done and they have gone above and beyond. I highly recommend them and wish I would have contacted them sooner!

RCJ helped me with two major cleanings at two different houses and they were outstanding. Communication via texting with Ruben and others was prompt and responsive even when I reached out over a weekend. The cleaning crew was on time and I was told exactly what to expect. They evaluated the job and let me know pricing and got my approval to continue. The cleaning was great. I had some tough issues - a range and vent that needed deep cleaning, and a refrigerator that was not in good shape and everything they cleaned looks amazing. The crew worked so hard and I couldn’t be more pleased and will use them again in the future.

We hired RCJ Cleaning Specialist for a deep clean of our home in the North Dallas/Plano area, based on a recommendation from a friend in east Dallas. Our two-bedroom, 2.5-bath, two-story condo, roughly 1200 square feet, was quite messy as we’re still adjusting to life with a newborn. Coordinating the time, date, and price via text was straightforward. They provided a general time window, and the team arrived early, which we appreciated. Perla and Lessy, the two fantastic ladies who cleaned, exceeded our expectations. They worked for over four hours, thoroughly cleaning floors, baseboards, counters, and more. They even tackled the fridge, toaster oven, oven, and microwave, and made sure everything, from beds to throw blankets, was neatly arranged. The cleaning supplies they used had a mild scent, which we liked. We plan to use RCJ Cleaning Specialist regularly and hope to have Perla and Lessy each time. Excellent service and value!

I just had my first visit from this cleaning service (Jennifer and Marie). I am SO happy. I am not a particularly good housekeeper, and they worked so hard to get my house up to standard. I am so grateful for the work they did and just scheduled my second visit. Confidential to any readers who are like "Yeah, I should hire a housekeeper, but I'm too embarrassed that it's too bad and they will judge me", they were kind and helpful and took care of my years of neglect and I am so much happier for it. I have scheduled another visit next month because what an excellent present to myself!

I’ve used RCJ cleaning service for over a year now, and they really do a spectacular job and are just great/genuine people. We used them when we first moved into our house to do a deep clean a year ago, and were so impressed that we put them on a recurring schedule. The cleaning crew is so personable—even my 10 month old daughter loves them! They work around her ever fluctuating nap schedule, which we really appreciate. They pay attention to detail, are efficient, and really care about doing a good job. I strongly recommend them for anyone who needs a recurring or even one time clean.

So many pluses. I was able to book online with my preferences and rec'd a day/date I wanted, a few days before the family comes for Thanksgiving.
I've never seen 2 people clean so thoroughly, esp compared to the last service I used. The place is pristine, down to the baseboards, windows, behind the toilets, behind the TV, inside display cases, my office and even the refrigerator, which I added on. They even vacuumed inside my closets and made the bed with the clean sheets I left out.
I recommend this service and plan to use it again for periodic maintenance.

Ruben and his team are amazing. From the start, communication was awesome and they arrived on time with all supplies needed--they even asked if I had preferences to what products were used in my home. As for the end result? Just wow. My home was spotless--no exaggeration. They went above and beyond and I'm still finding areas they managed to clean and organize (silverware drawer? wow). Their prices are reasonable and you're getting MORE than you pay for, quite frankly. Do not hesitate to hire this crew. Can't wait to have them back.

I’ve used RCJ Cleaning Services 3 times and each time they have gone above and beyond any service I have ever used. Everything is touched from inside the oven to under the bed and behind furniture. Blinds and baseboards cleaned each time. They are easy to work with and punctual. Price is by hour which I appreciate. They are not rushing to get in and out to move onto the next job. Rubén sends 3 workers each time and they are here for 2 hours cleaning top to bottom including front porch and porch furniture. Can’t praise them enough!

Originally hired for a post construction cleaning after my house was damaged by the winter storm. They did an amazing job. So immaculate that when we took our stuff out of storage, we had them do a pre move in clean. Each time, they had 3 cleaners and it took roughly 4 hours. The ladies were nice and accommodated my requests. It took me a while to sign up for biweekly cleanings because we were settling into the house with the longest unpack ever. I ended up marie kondo-ing alot and putting it out on the curb. Joy has been sparked. I signed up for bi-monthly cleanings and experienced a moment of unadulterated joy when I walked in. Narda and Mary never didappoint. I could hear Ginuwine singing, "My whole life has chaaaaanged." I have had such a meh experience with previous companies that I previously never bothered to have a regular service. Their clean wasn't my clean. But this company made a believer out of me. Needless to say, I highly recommend. Ruben and Eva were great too and kept me posted and informed.

Best cleaning service in the DFW area! I've tried multiple cleaning companies and no one cleans as thoroughly and at such a reasonable price as RCJ. I've been using them for over a year and I'm never disappointed. Roxanne is always on time, professional, friendly, and meticulous. Their customer service is also phenomenal. The one time a section was missed, RCJ came out immediately to remedy the mistake and they always follow up after a cleaning to ensure everything is satisfactory. I can't recommend them enough. Wow! Just WOW! Celia and Kary of RCJ cleaners did an AMAZING one-time deep clean/disinfection for an elderly family member who had been hospitalized. They responded to my online request within minutes and were able to come out the next day to get everything done before the hospital release. I felt the pricing was fair considering the condition the flat was in, however, be aware that there will be a 3% processing fee if you use a credit card to pay.

We are moving into our new phone home and I, last minute, requested a service from RCJ Cleaning Specialists. Even though they were busy, they fit me into their schedule before my move in date. They were extremely timely and communicated with me throughout the entire appointment. They did a deep clean and a carpet cleaning and did an absolutely excellent job (and I am very picky). RCJ did such a wonderful job on my property! The house was hoarded before it was cleared for cleaners, and Jennifer & her team brought the house back to life. There was a sink that I thought was rusted through due to cast iron pans being left in it, but by the time they left it was shining and sparking. I was speechless!
